The more people share a vehicle, the higher consumption of electricity and water becomes. One person per vehicle is included in the ticket, every further person needs an additional person ticket.
Children under 12 are exempt from this rule and don't need an extra ticket.
We'll provide one or more sanitation installations with containers for showers and toilets (also disabled accessible) between parking spaces. In case you depend on a short distance between your parking place and sanitation we'll be happy to consider this when assigning the spaces.
Please send an e-mail to 35c3-camping@cccv.de as soon as possible if this is the case.
You may park your car or small van (up to 3.5t, up to 6m length) right next to your caravan without additional charges. For all other vehicles you'll need another ticket or use the fairground's parking lot (http://www.leipziger-messe.de/unternehmen/messegelaende/plaene/anfahrten-parken/).
The parking spaces are arranged in groups of 11 around a power distribution node with 32A. Like last year, we'd like to get by without outages, so please take this into account for your planning and consider your neighbours.
The outlets will be a mix of Schuko and 3-wire CEE (blue, single phase, 230V) connectors. We can't predict which of both will be available at your space so please be prepared for either.
If you want to help with buildup and teardown of congress we'll happily allow you to use your camping ticket between 2018-12-15 and 2019-01-05. During ticket purchase you will be asked for your estimated time of arrival and departure, please provide your times including buildup and teardown there.
Unfortunately no. The agreement with the fair ground only allows road legal vehicles that could also be parked on public parking spaces. We're not allowed to install anchoring like tent pegs into the ground, so a stormproof installation would be impossible anyways.
Once you've bought a ticket, please wait for a bit – we'll inform you some time in December regarding the procedures upon arrival.
Last year we didn't have any experience with the parking spaces and thus made a too optimistic calculation. The revenue from camping ticket sales did not cover the costs so we have to make a correction this year. We'll also provide more sanitation and dedicated toilets for the camping area.
Yes, the main part of the ticket is a parking permit. This grants you the access to the fair ground.
